Who am I?

Hi I’m Lee.

I help perimenopausal women in their 40s and 50s to lose their peri-belly and step off the diet merry-go-round so they can learn to enjoy food again and feel good in and out of their clothes.

It wasn’t uncommon for me to be eating a chocolate a day.

And I tried everything to lose weight.

Everything from not eating during the day, using shakes, joining a gym and eventually trying slimming pills. Nothing worked.

It was only when I discovered why all those avenues didn't work and what the root cause was that I started to lose weight and end my cravings.
